Off-On Duty is built directly on the Namibian Labour Act (Act 11 of 2007) and the real off-duty practices at MoHSS facilities like Aranos Health Centre. Every roster it produces is mathematically checked against the law — and if a week genuinely can't be staffed legally, it tells you which day fails instead of quietly handing you a broken roster. You and your matron always have the final say: it supports your judgment, it never replaces it.

What does it cost?
Nothing while we're in early access. Pricing will be about N$50 a month when it arrives — and early users hear first.
